Arsenal and Chelsea are monitoring Inter Milan’s Andy Diouf for a possible summer bid, reports Caught Offside.
The French defender joined Inter Milan from Lens in summer 2025 and made 29 appearances last season.
Diouf has continued to impress this season and is now Inter’s first‑choice right‑wing‑back following Denzel Dumfries’ departure.
Caught Offside reports that the 23‑year‑old’s development has attracted interest from Arsenal and Chelsea, who have been scouting him regularly.
The same source adds that Inter have no intention of selling him in January, although a transfer could be agreed next summer.
Inter are unlikely to let him go cheaply and could ask for at least £52 million to release the former Lens player.
He began his career as a central midfielder before switching to left‑back and right‑wing‑back, and he recently earned his first cap for France.
