Artists Hint at Grand Theft Auto 6 Soundtrack Appearances Through Cryptic Social Posts

Several major artists appear to be signaling their inclusion in the Grand Theft Auto 6 soundtrack.

Last night, multiple musicians posted images on social media bearing a striking resemblance to the promotional artwork for Grand Theft Auto 6, hinting at a return to the neon-lit setting of Vice City.

“Phase 1 / NOW ITS TIME / MY RETURN TO GAME GOTTA COME WITH RAGE AND ALOT OF DANCING LETS RIDE / J… O. H….. / to be continued / See yall soon,” Travis Scott captioned a photo of a pole dancer’s shoe. The lyrics do not match any released track, though many fans believe “J.O.H” refers to the Jack Of Hearts strip club featured in the recent Grand Theft Auto 6 Extended Look. He tagged developer Rockstar Games in the post.

Other artists joining the speculation include PinkPantheress and Fred Again.., who both shared yacht imagery, while The Rolling Stones’ Keith Richards posted an animated iguana. The full roster of hinted-at contributors:

Earlier this month, the impact of a soundtrack feature became clear: artists showcased in the ‘Extended Look’ trailer experienced significant streaming bumps. Captain & Tennille’s ‘But I Think It’s A Dream’ saw a 130,730 per cent increase in global streams in the three days following the Grand Theft Auto 6 showcase compared to the prior week.

Following the release of ‘An Extended Look’, Grand Theft Auto 6 developers confirmed the game will feature no microtransactions or AI-generated assets. Rockstar Games also unveiled the “next evolution” of GTA Online through an official collaboration with roleplay server NoPixel.
