In brief

  • U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs captured $2.95 billion in inflows over the past 30 days, including $31.07 million on Sept. 28, according to SoSoValue.
  • The eight‑day buying streak began on Sept. 17, two days after Bitcoin funds lost $450.4 million when the Senate failed to advance the Clarity Act.
  • Ether ETFs added $982.5 million over 30 days, outpacing Solana funds at $278.2 million and XRP funds at $127.05 million.

Bitcoin ETFs have enjoyed a robust rally, pulling in $2.95 billion over the last month and extending their inflow streak to eight consecutive trading days. The latest surge, however, was relatively modest on Monday with net inflows of $31.07 million. BlackRock’s IBIT fund led the inflows, gaining $54.84 million, while Grayscale’s GBTC lost $23.19 million and Fidelity’s FBTC shed $10.90 million.

The recent rally marks a dramatic reversal after a sharp outflow on Sept. 15, when Bitcoin ETFs lost $450.4 million—the largest one‑day exit since June 24—coinciding with the Senate’s 49‑50 vote against advancing the Clarity Act. Ethereum ETFs also suffered a $142.3 million outflow that day, pushing weekly inflows to a minimal $6.2 million, the smallest in 141 weeks.

Buyer confidence rebounded quickly. On Sept. 21, inflows surged to nearly $1 billion, the best day for the funds since October 2025, followed by $715 million the next day. The pace then moderated, with $347 million on Sept. 23, $191 million on Sept. 24, and $134 million on Sept. 25, totaling roughly $2.4 billion for the week—the largest weekly haul since October 2025.

Then the pace cooled. Flows fell to $347 million on Sept. 23, $191 million on Sept. 24, and $134 million on Sept. 25, for a weekly total of about $2.4 billion. That is the biggest weekly haul since October 2025.

The rally also lifted Bitcoin above the average ETF holder’s cost basis of $81,722, putting the typical fund investor back in profit for the first time since January. Bitcoin was back above $84,000 on Monday.

Bitcoin isn’t the only one getting money via these investment vehicles either. Ethereum ETFs added $982.5 million over 30 days and $17.1 million on Monday, per SoSoValue. Solana funds took in $278.2 million over the month and XRP funds brought in $127.05 million.

A ninth straight day of inflows would match the August run.
