After astonishing fans by performing the rare cut “Baby, Won’t You Be My Baby” at the opening of his summer tour, Dylan returned to the Basement Tapes repertoire on the second night in Woodinville, Washington. He kicked off the show with the long‑unseen track “You Ain’t Goin’ Nowhere,” a song that has been a staple for countless artists but had not been performed live by Dylan since 2012. Guitarists Doug Lancio and Bob Britt joined him on stage, providing light harmony vocals—a departure from the ensemble singing that characterized Dylan’s late‑1990s lineup.
The remainder of the set mirrored the first evening, with minor adjustments: the Bo Diddley cover “I Can Tell” was omitted, “Love Sick” was added, and the order of several songs was tweaked. The concert also featured performances by Lucinda Williams and the John Doe Folk Trio. Doe brought highlights from his time with X and delivered the Judy Garland standard “Over The Rainbow,” while Williams showcased classics such as “Car Wheels on a Grave Road” and “Joy.”
