The Cincinnati Bengals entered the 2026 season with a 2‑2 record, then surged to a 4‑2 mark. During their recent winning streak, quarterback Joe Burrow has been outstanding.
In Week 5 against Miami, Burrow completed four touchdown passes without an interception in a 31‑24 victory, and he repeated the performance the following week against Baltimore, throwing four scores in a 35‑13 win. A similar effort this Sunday versus Tennessee would boost his standing in an exclusive group by half.
According to NBC Sports research, a fourth consecutive four‑touchdown, interception‑free game would make Burrow the only third quarterback in NFL history to accomplish the feat in three straight contests. Matthew Stafford of the Los Angeles Rams achieved it in 2025, and Aaron Rodgers (then with Green Bay) became the first to do so in 2016.
Cincinnati has defeated Tennessee four of the last five meetings, including a postseason win in 2021. Securing a victory this week would move the Bengals into second place in the AFC North, ahead of whichever of the Browns or Steelers loses their upcoming matchup.
If the game ends in a tie, both Cleveland and Pittsburgh would finish at 5‑2‑1, while a Bengals win would give them a 5‑2 record.
