The main event of Monday Night Raw was billed as more of a chaotic showdown than a conventional six‑man tag team match. Raw General Manager Adam Pearce assigned senior referee Chad Patton to the segment in an attempt to maintain order as the 946 faction faced The Bloodline.
During the ensuing brawl, Jaida Parker interfered as expected, but a masked intruder also entered the fray. The mystery figure attacked Solo Sikoa from behind, then removed his mask to reveal Carmelo Hayes.
Hayes joined the assault on Sikoa and the Usos, ultimately standing tall with 946 members Royce Keys, Lucien Price, and Bronco Nima. He was subsequently introduced as the faction’s newest recruit.
