CBS Sports Secures Exclusive English-Language Broadcast Rights to Concacaf Champions Cup Through 2030

CBS Sports and Concacaf have entered into a multi‑year distribution agreement, designating Paramount+ as the exclusive English‑language broadcaster in the United States for the Concacaf Champions Cup, the Concacaf Central American Cup, and the Concacaf Caribbean Cup through the 2030 season.

Paramount+, which also hosts the UEFA Champions League and Serie A, will broadcast all 137 matches of Concacaf’s three men’s club competitions each season through 2030, comprising 51 Champions Cup fixtures, 58 Central American Cup matches, and 28 Caribbean Cup matches annually. Certain Champions Cup games will additionally be televised on CBS Sports Network and the CBS Sports Golazo Network.

The CBS Sports Golazo Network will support the tournaments with studio shows such as Morning Footy, Golazo Matchday, and Scoreline. CBS Sports will complement its coverage through CBSSports.com, the Golazo Starting XI newsletter, and its @CBSSportsGolazo social channels.

The Concacaf Champions Cup represents the confederation’s premier men’s club competition, featuring top clubs from North America, Central America, and the Caribbean. Teams qualify via their domestic leagues, national cups, the Central American Cup, the Caribbean Cup, and the Leagues Cup. Victors earn a berth to Concacaf’s quadrennial FIFA Club World Cup and the annual FIFA Intercontinental Cup.

Major League Soccer clubs that competed in the 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup included San Diego FC, LA Galaxy, Los Angeles FC, Nashville SC, Philadelphia Union, FC Cincinnati, Vancouver Whitecaps FC, and Inter Miami CF. Historically, MLS sides have struggled, with only the Seattle Sounders winning the tournament in the modern era (2022). Prior to that, D.C. United (1998) and LA Galaxy (2000) were the last MLS champions. Mexican clubs dominate the competition, capturing 19 of the last 21 titles; Cruz Azul and Club América each hold seven crowns. The most recent champion, Deportivo Toluca, defeated Tigres UANL in a penalty shootout to win in February 2026.

The fourth edition of the Concacaf Central American Cup begins on Tuesday, followed by the Caribbean Cup on August 4. These events precede the 62nd Concacaf Champions Cup, scheduled to run from February through June 2027.
