BEIJING — A Chinese startup announced plans to begin deploying robotic arms capable of sorting warehouse parcels at speeds nearly matching human workers. X Square Robot showcased the technology this week at the World Robot Conference in Beijing, signaling a significant step toward automating one of logistics’ most labor-intensive tasks.
