Commanders head coach Dan Quinn shared encouraging injury updates on Friday.
According to several reporters present at his press conference, Quinn announced that every player on the 53‑man roster has been cleared to suit up against the Eagles in Week 1.
This includes outside linebacker K’Lavon Chaisson (knee), outside linebacker Odafe Oweh (calf), and running back Jacory Croskey‑Merritt (groin), all of whom are expected to see action after being limited in practice during the first two days of the week.
Defensive tackle Daron Payne, who appeared limited with a knee issue on Thursday, is also anticipated to play.
Additionally, offensive lineman Nick Allegretti (calf), linebacker Jordan Magee (chest), backup quarterback Marcus Mariota (knee), defensive end Charles Omenihu (wrist), tight end Ben Sinnott (oblique), and defensive tackle Javon Kiinlaw (back) are projected to participate despite being listed as full on the injury report earlier this week.
The Commanders‑Eagles kickoff is scheduled for 4:25 p.m. ET on Sunday.
