Crocs (CROX) shares rose 25.5% on Thursday following earnings results that beat expectations. The third‑quarter adjusted earnings increased 26.4% to $3.69 per share on revenue of $1.04 billion, a 4.6% year‑over‑year increase. Revenue per share topped the FactSet consensus of $3.31. Full‑year revenue is projected to grow about 3% from 2025, an improvement over the prior 1%‑2% guidance, with adjusted EPS expected to be $14.45‑$14.65, up from $13.70‑$14.00.

The HeyDude brand returned to growth, posting a 6.1% year‑over‑year revenue increase in the quarter, driven by stronger wholesale demand and product diversification. International sales rose 11.8%, outpacing analyst expectations of 6.6%, with particular strength in China, India and Japan. Management attributed much of the success to early adoption of social‑selling platforms, including Douyin in China and the launch of TikTok Shop in the United States, where Crocs captured the top two footwear positions.

Product strategy also contributed: a range of ballet‑flat styles offered at $50‑$70, making the brand accessible during economic pressure, and a diversified lineup that extends beyond the classic clog. Analysts note that Crocs’ valuation remains attractive, trading below 10 times forward earnings, and that recent share repurchases could further support upside.
