Delta Air Lines is revamping its Delta One premium cabin with a suite of luxury offerings, including wagyu beef burgers, an expanded wine selection, and upgraded Porsche airport transfers, the airline announced.
The Atlanta‑based carrier said Wednesday that the refreshed Delta One experience will debut on trans‑oceanic flights from Los Angeles International Airport this fall, with a worldwide rollout planned for early 2027.
The overhaul features a redesigned menu, broader pre‑flight meal choices, new cocktails and wines, and enhanced amenity kits, among other upgrades.
“Every investment we make is deliberate and designed to deliver the industry’s most premium end‑to‑end travel experience,” Delta Chief Marketing and Product Officer Ranjan Goswami said in a statement.

“This elevated dining and hospitality experience reflects our relentless focus on raising the bar while giving customers greater control throughout their journey,” Goswami added.
The new menu showcases a Delta One wagyu beef burger, roasted sea bass, braised lamb and beef short rib, plus upgraded desserts. A dairy‑free sorbet can be paired with Champagne Taittinger for those seeking a lighter option.
Passengers may now pre‑select meals up to 18 hours before departure—a six‑hour extension over the previous window—allowing even more flexibility.
For long‑haul travelers, the option to skip the morning service and receive a coffee and croissant before landing is also available.
Delta is expanding its beverage program, adding Blanton’s single‑barrel bourbon on Dec. 1 and a curated wine list featuring 13 wines from 11 wineries, including Silver Oak bottles that can retail for more than $200.
New cocktail offerings—the Hugo Spritz and Paloma in both alcoholic and non‑alcoholic versions—will be introduced in 2027, and Dassai 45 sake will be served on flights to and from Tokyo‑Haneda beginning Nov. 3.
The cabin upgrades extend beyond dining. Delta will launch Missoni amenity kits starting Nov. 3, incorporating Grown Alchemist skincare, a Marvis dental kit, and Missoni‑branded items. A Missoni Mini pillow will also be featured on trans‑oceanic Delta One routes.
Bombas socks return on select domestic and international Delta One flights.

The airline also announced it is expanding its Porsche airport transfer fleet from 40 to 70 vehicles across 15 airports and hubs by 2028.
“Luxury is about having the experience designed around you. Today’s premium traveler values choice as much as quality,” Kristen Manion Taylor, senior vice president of brand experience at Delta, said in a statement.
These enhancements offer greater flexibility, ensuring every Delta One customer can enjoy the journey in the way that suits them best.
More than 200 Delta flight attendants and other employees helped develop and test the revamped experience over more than 14 months, according to the airline.
