According to reports compiled by Al Jazeera and Agence France‑Presse, more than 100 individuals have died in Iraq. At least 80 of the casualties were members of the Popular Mobilisation Forces (PMF), a paramilitary coalition dominated by Iran‑aligned Shia militias, who were killed in subsequent US and Israeli air strikes.
