(RTTNews) – Dye & Durham Limited (DND), a provider of cloud‑based legal practice management software, announced that George Tsivin has stepped down as chief executive officer and will no longer serve on the company’s board, effective immediately.
“The market has made it clear that we need to operate with greater discipline, improve execution, and restore confidence in our strategic direction. This leadership change is essential to strengthen our foundation, refocus investment in our flagship products, and position those solutions for sustainable growth,” said Mary Filippelli, Chair of the Board.
A board sub‑committee, chaired by Tyler Proud and including Mary Filippelli and Angela Zhang, will manage the business on an interim basis while a permanent CEO is identified.
Dye & Durham confirmed that its search for a new chief executive officer is already underway.
The company also reaffirmed that its previously announced strategic review continues, as it evaluates opportunities to optimize and monetize assets, simplify operations, and bolster its balance sheet.
