- Dyson Total Restore is a door-to-door cleaning and restoration service
- It’s available for Dyson’s cordless and wet floor cleaners
- It costs £99.99 and is now available in mainland Britain
Dyson has launched the Total Restore service, a door-to-door cleaning and restoration solution designed to revitalize your vacuum or floor cleaner. Available now in mainland Britain, the service aims to enhance performance and extend the lifespan of your device, returning it to near-original condition.
For £99.99 (plus the cost of any repairs not covered by your warranty), your cleaner is collected from your home and transported to Dyson’s service and repair center in Chippenham. There, engineers conduct a comprehensive engineering assessment covering airflow, battery health, and motor performance.
Following the assessment, engineers perform an industrial-standard deep clean to improve machine performance, repair fixable faults, and replace damaged or worn components with genuine Dyson parts.
Once completed, your floor cleaner is returned along with a label indicating the last service date, plus any replacement filters or wet rollers. You will also receive digital photos, a digital health check report, and a digital certificate of service.
“We are offering consumers a superior service that allows our machines to be properly maintained, giving them a second wind,” said Dyson Chief Engineer Jake Dyson. “It is like a spa day; they return in the same condition they were in when new, allowing you to start again on the reliability and abuse curves.”
Is your cleaner supported?
Dyson Total Restore supports cordless vacuums ranging from the Dyson V7 to the V16 Piston Animal, as well as wet cleaners such as the Dyson WashG1 and PencilWash. To verify compatibility, log into your Dyson account, navigate to the ‘My Products’ page, and look for eligible machines, which will be clearly labeled.
Dyson Total Restore is currently available only in Great Britain, with international expansion expected in the future.
