During bilateral talks on Tuesday, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman emphasized the critical need for ensuring freedom and security of navigation in the Red Sea and the Bab el-Mandeb Strait, as reported by the Egyptian presidency.
President Sisi also conveyed support for Saudi Arabia’s initiatives to maintain its national security and stability, alongside endorsing international efforts to foster a comprehensive political resolution to the Yemen conflict.
