Engro Holdings Limited has appointed Hussain Dawood as chairman of the board and Abdul Samad Dawood as chief executive officer, effective May 22, 2026, following the election of directors during the annual general meeting on April 28, 2026.
A notice issued to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Monday confirms the appointments, which will remain effective until the next director election.
Engro Holdings confirmed that both appointments are effective until the next election of directors.
Company Secretary Muhammad Amin issued the official notification on behalf of Engro Holdings Limited.
