Following their BLOOD SAGA World Tour concert in San Diego on the Tuesday preceding Comic-Con, ENHYPEN will headline San Diego Comic-Con this year as they celebrate their webtoon and anime Dark Moon: The Blood Altar.
The K-pop group has built a dedicated lore around their identity as former knights transformed into vampires, with a mortal protagonist representing their fanbase, ENGENES. Their recent release The Sin: Vanish continues this narrative, in which they transform a beloved character into a vampire, forcing the group into exile—a story arc that carries into Dark Moon.
The Dark Moon universe expands upon their supernatural mythology, incorporating elements of both vampire and werewolf folklore. This concept has been developed across concept films, music videos, HYBE’s official webcomic, and the recent animated series adaptation.

An official X account for “DARK MOON VAMPS” revealed the members—Jungwon, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, and Ni-Ki—will attend the July 23–26 convention. Their participation extends beyond a standard panel appearance.
Their presence will include a Dark Moon: The Blood Altar booth (No. 4129) featuring exclusive merchandise and surprises for attendees. While specific panel timing remains unconfirmed, both group members and webcomic creators are scheduled to participate. Visitors can expect preview content from the upcoming project.
An additional off-site event titled “DARK MOON BLOOD NIGHT” is also planned exclusively for fans, with entry details to be announced closer to the date.
Dark Moon: The Blood Altar follows Sooha, a schoolgirl possessing superhuman strength who transfers to Decelis Academy, a prestigious institution hostile to supernatural beings. There, she encounters the six ENHYPEN members, each concealing their vampire heritage and unique abilities. Bound by a vow to protect her, the vampires grow increasingly drawn to Sooha, culminating in a deadly conflict between vampires and werewolves that Sooha must navigate to survive.
Detailed schedules and additional announcements will be released as the event approaches. ENHYPEN’s San Diego Comic-Con appearance highlighting Dark Moon: The Blood Altar runs from Thursday, July 23 through Sunday, July 26 at the San Diego Convention Center.
