On August 25, during a trip to Kyiv, British Prime Minister Andy Burnham announced that the United Kingdom will share classified schematics enabling Ukraine to manufacture its SCALP cruise missile—a version of the Storm Shadow—so that Kyiv can conduct long‑range strikes deep inside Russian territory. He warned that “Russia should be in no doubt of our resolve.”
