Expanding Partnership in Parkinson’s Therapeutic Development
Gannet BioChem has formed a strategic alliance with Serina Therapeutics to advance SER-252, an investigational therapy targeting Parkinson’s disease.
SER-252 represents a novel approach, combining Serina’s POZ technology with Gannet BioChem’s polymer formulation expertise. This collaboration aims to streamline development and manufacturing processes for the treatment.
Under the partnership, Gannet BioChem will support SER-252’s progression through clinical stages, leveraging their capabilities in CDMO services.
The therapy has received US FDA clearance for its IND application, marking a significant milestone in its clinical roadmap.
Both companies aim to strengthen their positions in innovative biopharmaceutical development, expanding their reach across early-stage and commercial phases.
