The Flames sparked an early lead at 6:06 when Matt Alvaro created a turnover near the neutral zone, passing to Jake Willets, who struck past Matthew Greenfield. Just 23 seconds later, Jonathan Racine returned to the roster and added another goal at 6:29, doubling the Flames’ advantage.
