Ford Motor Company is recalling more than 40,000 vehicles due to a headlight defect that could compromise driver visibility, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
The recall covers approximately 41,748 vehicles, including the 2025–2027 Ford Expedition and the 2026 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 Super Duty models. The NHTSA warns that the exterior lighting issue could reduce the driver’s ability to see the road or make the vehicle less visible to others, increasing the risk of a crash.
