We have good news and bad news.
The good news is that France and Spain, two of the tournament’s top sides, will meet in the semifinals — likely one of the most entertaining matches of the tournament — at Dallas Stadium in Arlington, Texas, on Tuesday, July 14.
The downside is that one of these powerhouses will suffer its first loss, sending them to the third‑place match.
If you want to experience the drama live, last‑minute tickets are available to see Kylian Mbappé’s Les Bleus or Lamine Yamal’s La Roja in the Lone Star State.
At publication, the lowest‑priced seats we located on SeatGeek were $1,390, fees included.
That represents a saving of just over $400 compared with the prices we reported last Friday.
Even better, ticket prices have fallen across every section. Three days ago, 100‑level seats began at $3,023 (fees included); today they are available for $1,935.
That’s a saving of more than $1,000 — not bad at all.
Oddsmakers currently give France a slight −140 edge over Spain to reach the final, where they would face the winner of the Argentina‑England semifinal.
However, Spain certainly shouldn’t be counted out.
Yamal, Rodri and Pedri have gone unbeaten in their last 36 matches; a victory on Tuesday would tie Italy’s all‑time record and avenge La Roja’s 2006 Round‑of‑16 loss to Les Bleus.
Furthermore, Luis de la Fuente’s side has defeated Didier Deschamps’ team in their last two encounters — the 2024 Euro semifinal and the 2025 UEFA Nations League semifinal.
“I’m sure France are just as concerned about us as we are about them,” de la Fuente said in a press conference.
“We’re very well aware of the potential of our opponent, but we’re very clear that we’re able to beat France.”
Will France advance to the World Cup final for the third consecutive time? Or is Spain about to return to the championship for the first time since 2010?
While we can’t give you a definitive answer until time expires, we do know the best way to find out is live.
