Raseel al-Balawi, a six-year-old from Gaza, has undergone more than 20 surgeries since an Israeli air strike injured her in late July.
Witnesses report that her tent in the al-Mawasi camp was struck by an Israeli helicopter, leaving her requiring frequent surgeries to manage wound infections.
