Hyundai Motor Group’s luxury brand Genesis has introduced the GV90, a new electric SUV designed to deliver over 300 miles of range and a technologically advanced cabin.
The GV90 offers an estimated 310 miles of driving range on a full charge and features a battery that can recharge from 10% to 80% in approximately 22 minutes using a 350-kilowatt fast charger, as announced on Wednesday.
“Our new flagship SUV embodies our vision for the future while reflecting the finest aspects of Genesis and our Korean heritage of hospitality and craftsmanship,” stated José Muñoz, president and CEO of Hyundai Motor Company.
The SUV will be available in two variants: the standard GV90 and the Neolun model.

The standard GV90 features traditional doors, while the Neolun model incorporates coach-style doors that open in opposite directions, creating a wider opening for easier ingress and egress.
Safety innovations include 12 airbags, a roof airbag designed for severe rollover scenarios, reinforced structural components, enhanced battery safety measures, and an in-cabin monitoring system.

Inside the GV90, passengers will find a pop-up OLED cinematic display, a 25-inch head-up display, the Pleos Connect infotainment system, and a generative AI assistant named Gleo AI. The vehicle also features a 25-speaker Bang & Olufsen 3D audio system.
The Neolun variant adds motorized front seats capable of rotating 180 degrees when parked, enabling a face-to-face lounge configuration for enhanced socializing or business interactions.
“Technology alone does not create luxury, and design alone does not define luxury,” said Executive Chair Euisun Chung. “The value of innovation lies in transforming the customer experience in intelligent and intuitive ways to improve people’s lives.”
Hyundai Motor Group has not yet disclosed the GV90’s launch timeline.
