Hush Names Sarah Newson Chief Customer Officer as Senior Leadership Strengthens Brand Strategy]
Sarah Newson has joined Hush as Chief Customer Officer, bringing over two decades of experience in fashion retail and ecommerce. She joins from Reiss, where she served for six years in the same executive role, overseeing the brand’s creative, digital, and customer operations.
Prior to Reiss, Newson held senior positions including Director of Customer Experience at The Very Group and Country Manager for ASOS Australia, where she played a key role in establishing ASOS as the leading fashion ecommerce platform in the country.
At Hush, Newson will lead the brand, creative, and digital functions, focusing on creating a cohesive customer experience across both physical and online channels.
Expressing her enthusiasm, Newson said: “Hush is a brand I have long admired for its authentic voice, unique style and strong connection to its audience. I am incredibly excited to build upon that beautiful intersection of relaxed style, modern design and wearability to drive the next chapter of the Hush story.”
