The Air Force adapted by formulating dedicated commands and decentralizing operational authority to better handle sudden scenarios.

Central Command oversaw the creation of the 96th “Gilead” Division on the eastern border, along with the Dead Sea Air Command for regional defense.

Home Front Command focused on enhancing warning and defense systems, including extending warning times and tailoring them to the specific threat and location.

The Technology and Logistics Division launched an “acceleration” program designed to rapidly restore weapons and infrastructure to operational status.

Data regarding military personnel was also included, noting that 970 soldiers have been killed since the war began and emphasizing the troops’ readiness to engage in defense operations.

The report indicated that over 70% of wounded soldiers were returned to service, with reserve forces growing by approximately 36%.

Finally, the document listed the nine new divisions established within the military over the past three years, including the Hashomer Brigade, the David Brigades, and Division 38.
