NEW DELHI — Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi met with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Thursday for summit-level discussions, during which the two nations announced a broad expansion of bilateral cooperation spanning defense, technology, and economic and energy security domains.
