Israeli air strikes on a village in southern Lebanon have killed at least eleven people, including two children, according to Lebanese state media.
A strike late last night almost completely demolished a three‑storey residential building in Kfar Rumman, while a subsequent attack later that evening resulted in the deaths of two paramedics when they sustained injuries in a vehicle.
The Israeli military has launched an inquiry into the reports and verified the casualties.
Earlier today, Israeli forces claim they eliminated seven lives in southern Lebanon, retaliating for alleged Hezbollah drone operations against Israeli personnel in occupied territories, prompting President Joseph Aoun to warn of a dangerous escalation that threatens the US‑mediated ceasefire.
