New York Knicks guard Jalen Brunson has made his mark on the basketball court. Now, alongside his family, he is setting his sights on a new frontier: the business world.
The Brunson family announced the debut of Thirty Third Management Group on Wednesday, a brand advisory firm designed to oversee Jalen’s various off-court ventures. According to the company’s press release, its mission is to cultivate a broader roster of athlete and brand clients, with an early emphasis on elevating women’s professional sports.
Sandra Brunson, Jalen’s mother, has been appointed President of the firm. His sister, Erica, will serve as Director of Client Services, while Connor Cashaw, a close family friend and Jalen’s former high school teammate, takes on the role of Director of Business Development.
The firm’s name pays tribute to Jalen’s modest standing as the 33rd overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft—a reminder of the journey that brought him to where he is today.
