- A federal jury in California ruled that Eli Lilly violated its contractual obligations to Nektar Therapeutics during the good-faith co-development of the autoimmune drug rezpeg. The jury awarded Nektar $90 million in damages plus interest, a sum significantly lower than the amount the company originally sought.
FDA Nominee Evades Senate Questions on Vaccines, Abortion, and China
During a contentious Senate confirmation hearing, FDA commissioner nominee Heidi Overton largely refrained from stating her positions on several contentious issues.
