BEIRUT — After President Donald Trump announced a deal intended to end the U.S. conflict with Iran, displaced families across Lebanon began returning to their homes for a second time since the escalation between Hezbollah and Israel in early March. The return occurs despite Israeli assurances that it will maintain a military buffer zone in southern Lebanon and continue targeted strikes against Hezbollah.
