Rayan wanted by Liverpool

Liverpool are gearing up for a significant bid to sign Bournemouth winger Rayan during the upcoming winter transfer window.

The Merseyside club strengthened their attacking options this summer with the additions of Bradley Barcola and Victor Munoz.

Despite those acquisitions, Liverpool remained keen to add further width to their squad and lodged unsuccessful interest in Ismaila Sarr as well as Yankuba Minteh.

With neither of those targets expected to be available early in the new year, the Reds have shifted their focus to an alternative prospect.

Rayan has made an impressive start to his career at Bournemouth since joining from Vasco Da Gama at the beginning of 2026.

Manager Andoni Iraola played a key role in bringing the Brazilian to the club and now appears eager to work alongside him once again.

Bournemouth have no intention of letting their valued asset leave midway through the season, and they would demand a substantial fee to reconsider.

The Cherries believe the young winger is worth at least £80m, with the asking price likely to rise further for a January transfer.
