The orchestral rhythm game Maestro will arrive on Nintendo Switch consoles later this year.
Originally released in 2024 for VR platforms, Maestro lets players conduct a symphonic orchestra using hand gestures. Every movement is tracked to control tempo, cue instruments, and shape the music in real time. As the description states, “The music is yours to direct, not to follow.”
The title has earned an “overwhelmingly positive” reception on Steam, and developers have confirmed that Maestro will launch on both Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 on September 17, 2026.
A press release notes that Maestro, the rhythm game that places you as an orchestra conductor in a Parisian opera house, is now headed to Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, with gameplay utilizing the Joy‑Con controllers. The Switch version will also feature an exclusive track, “Ashes On The Fire,” from the Attack on Titan anime.
The Maestro soundtrack compiles classic, cinematic and iconic pieces from franchises such as Harry Potter, Star Wars and others, with additional expansion packs planned.
