Mexico Pursues Legal Action Over Migrant Deaths in U.S.

Mexico intends to pursue state and federal prosecution in the United States for the deaths of Mexican migrants that occurred during ICE operations, following the fatal shooting of a Mexican national in Houston. President Claudia Sheinbaum added that Mexico will advocate for enhanced protections for Mexican citizens detained in privately operated ICE facilities.
