The Los Angeles Rams will be lacking star pass rusher Myles Garrett for at least the next four weeks owing to knee surgery, according to NFL Network.
Purchased via a blockbuster deal with the Cleveland Browns during the offseason, Garrett is reportedly scheduled for arthroscopic knee surgery and will be placed on injured reserve.
There is optimism that Garrett may be cleared to play within four weeks.
