Newcastle United head coach Matthias Jaissle has criticised referee John Brooks for failing to penalise a “clear foul” on Fabian Schar before Thierno Barry scored the only goal in Saturday’s Premier League defeat to Everton.
The match finished 0‑1 to Everton, leaving Newcastle further adrift in the league table.
