The NFL is poised for a significant visual shift in 2026, as multiple franchises have announced comprehensive uniform updates and rebrands for the upcoming season.
Below is a look at the teams that have revealed new uniforms or refreshed their entire aesthetic for 2026.
New York Jets
The Jets are committing to a striking white-on-white scheme for their home opener.
Gang Green will take the field in white helmets paired with a full white jersey and pants set for their 2026 home opener against the Green Bay Packers. The team has also urged fans to participate in a “whiteout” to complement the new look.
Baltimore Ravens
Baltimore introduced the “Next Flight” uniform collection on April 16. The lineup features two new helmets: “The Darkness Helmet,” characterized by black talon stripes and a two-toned front-facing Ravens logo with red eyes, and the “Purple Rising” helmet, which showcases a front-facing team logo compatible with multiple uniforms.
All jerseys feature “Midnight Purple” numbers, with the collar designed to depict a raven spreading its wings, replacing traditional stripes with the bird’s claws on the pants. The gold drop shadow around the numbers has been replaced with a midnight purple stroke, which also applies to the shield patches. Additionally, the primary white jerseys now display “Baltimore” under the collar rather than “Ravens.”
Los Angeles Rams
The Rams have joined the trend with their own 2026 unveiling on April 16.
Los Angeles has shed its chest tag, added 3D bumper logos to the helmets, and introduced a modern horn sleeve on the pants. White pants are now an option, and the white “LA” in the logo has been updated to a bold yellow. The jersey typography has also been refined for a sharper appearance.
Rams Chief Marketing Officer Kathryn Kai-ling Frederick stated, “As we look ahead to the next decade of Rams football in LA, this refresh is about sharpening what already defines us. It’s a modern refinement—elevating our identity with clarity and purpose while carrying our history forward, and matching the toughness, precision and competitiveness of our team.”
The Rams will also release two alternate jerseys later this year, while the primary gray “Bone” look has been removed from the rotation. The “Classic” jersey features a golden “Sol” look with blue shoulder accents, and the “Fearsome” jersey is white with blue accents, paired with a helmet reminiscent of the team’s old-school white ram horns.
Washington Commanders
The Commanders are rolling out a completely redesigned uniform set for the upcoming season, merging historical franchise elements with a bold, contemporary aesthetic. The updated look signals a new era for the team.
Washington will maintain its burgundy home and white away uniforms, though both have received a refreshed design that bridges the old and the new. The team has also introduced a “Hail Raiser” alternate set, consisting of an all-black uniform and matching black helmet featuring a Spear W logo decal on both sides.
Owner Josh Harris shared his vision with reporters at the March owners meeting, stating, “The priority is honoring our past and then looking to the future; updating but not forgetting about our heritage, who we are and honoring that.” He added, “And we have a bunch of things up our sleeves. I don’t want to ruin the surprise, but we’re going to continue to embrace our past, but then update it. And so, stay tuned.”
Atlanta Falcons
Atlanta revealed its new base uniform on April 2. The home look consists of a black helmet with a red jersey, white numbers, and white pants, while the road look features a black helmet with a white jersey, red numbers, and an option for either black or white pants.
The Falcons noted that a throwback red helmet will occasionally be incorporated. “While the uniforms are the most visible elements of our brand, it’s just one piece of where our brand shows up,” said Chief Marketing Officer Shannon Joyner. “Our brand shows up in a variety of spaces… and through thoughtful research, analysis and consideration, our brand is in a really strong spot.”
Tennessee Titans
On March 12, Tennessee revealed a new look that pays tribute to its Houston Oilers’ heritage.
The home uniform features a blue jersey with white pants, while the road uniform is a white jersey with the option of light blue or white pants. The word “TITANS” is stitched across the chest of the home jersey, while “TENNESSEE” appears on the road jersey.
Titans President and CEO Burke Nihill explained, “We wanted to come up with something that took the best parts of all of that and bring it together in a way that makes sense… I feel like we’re building on the legacy of what got us here, and we’re doing it in a way that is going to set the course of this organization for decades to come in a pretty special way.”
