Jean Silva prevailed in the main event of Noche UFC on Saturday in Glendale, Arizona, overcoming an uncharacteristic start to secure a third‑round submission victory over Jose Miguel Delgado. After a tentative opening round in which Delgado barely threw a strike, Silva found his rhythm and combined relentless pressure, explosive power and a tight one‑arm rear‑naked choke to finish the fight.

The performance earned Silva a $100,000 “Performance of the Night” bonus. Looking ahead, Silva said he wants a shot at the featherweight title, which will be on the line later this year at UFC 333 when champion Alexander Volkanovski defends against Movsar Evloev.

The former UFC flyweight champion rebounded with a much‑needed win in the co‑main event. In a closely contested bout, two judges awarded all three rounds to Moreno, while the third judge scored the fight for Morales.

Scoring was difficult, but Moreno did capture the third round decisively; it was the only frame that clearly favored one fighter.

Moreno is already targeting a spot on the year‑end card and has a fellow flyweight contender calling for a matchup.

The anticipated Johnson‑Moreno showdown has yet to materialize, but both fighters are coming off recent wins—Moreno snapped a two‑fight skid with his victory over Morales, and Johnson impressed with a Scottish Twister win over Eduardo Chapolin in August—making the timing appear favorable.

Noche UFC Finishes and a Fantastic Fight

Sean King III Destroys Jessie Rosas

King made an immediate impact. Originally slated for Dana White’s Contender Series in a few weeks, he stepped in on just nine days’ notice to face Rosas and knocked him out in 33 seconds with a crushing slam.

He earned a performance bonus the instant Rosas hit the mat.

Tommy Gantt Bores, Then Submits Drakkar Klose

For the first half of the fight the bout was a grind, with Gantt controlling proceedings through his wrestling. After about two and a half rounds he shifted gears and locked in a reverse triangle that ended the contest.

While Gantt shows real promise at 55 kg, he must translate his dominant wrestling into offensive actions—whether strikes or submission attempts—rather than simply controlling his opponent.

Yousri Belgaroui Blows Up Djorden Santos

Belgaroui turned a significant mismatch into a showcase, overwhelming the overmatched Santos and stopping him in the opening round.

His next assignment could pit him against a top‑15 middleweight, depending on how the division shakes out.

Tommy McMillen and Marwan Rahiki Put on an Instant Classic

What a fight. At one point it seemed Tim Elliott and Edgar Chairaz were headed for Fight of the Night, but the McMillen‑Rahiki bout stole the spotlight.

The contest delivered everything—big punches, knockdowns, submission escapes and constant momentum swings—before the rugged, emotional McMillen prevailed by unanimous decision.

Here is a look at all of the results from the event.
