NXT Champion Tony D’Angelo and Wife Isabella Welcome First Son Vincenzo James

Ahead of tonight’s NXT broadcast, champion Tony D’Angelo shared exciting personal news outside the ring.

Tony D’Angelo, whose real name is Joseph Ariola, revealed that he and his wife Isabella have welcomed their first child, a boy named Vincenzo James Ariola.

“Vincenzo James Ariola,” D’Angelo wrote on social media. “My little boy.”

D’Angelo and Isabella first met while attending the University at Buffalo, where he wrestled and she participated in soccer and track and field. The couple married in 2024 after about a decade together. D’Angelo signed with WWE in 2021, while Isabella works outside the wrestling industry.

Following Joe Hendry as NXT Champion, D’Angelo now enters his third month as champion. He recently defended his title against Naraku at the Great American Bash 2026.

Tonight’s NXT show will feature a headline match in the women’s division, with new champion Kendal Grey defending her title against Nattie. Both athletes have already congratulated D’Angelo on his new arrival.
