Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. (OTLK), a biopharmaceutical company focused on treating retinal diseases, has announced the appointment of Kevin Lundquist as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 1, 2026, succeeding Lawrence Kenyon.
Lawrence Kenyon will step down from the role and will continue in a non-executive capacity through September 30, 2026.
Lundquist joins the company at a critical juncture, following the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s approval of LYTENAVA and the upcoming U.S. commercial launch.
Most recently, Lundquist served as CFO of CapsoVision, Inc., a commercial-stage medical technology company.
Lundquist brings over two decades of experience in corporate finance and capital markets across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, and manufacturing sectors.
“The FDA approval of LYTENAVA fundamentally transforms the opportunities for Outlook Therapeutics, and Kevin is precisely the caliber of executive we need as we advance into this next phase,” said Bob Jahr, CEO of Outlook Therapeutics.
LYTENAVA, an ophthalmic formulation of bevacizumab, is approved for treating neovascular (wet) age-related macular degeneration (nAMD).
The company has already initiated the commercial launch of LYTENAVA (bevacizumab gamma) in Germany, Austria, and the UK for the treatment of wet AMD.
OTLK shares have ranged between $0.16 and $2.53 over the past year, closing Thursday’s session at $0.64, up 2.86%. In overnight trading, the stock rose 3.10% to $0.66.
