Pakistan has welcomed Kuwait’s recently ratified 2023 defence cooperation agreement, the Foreign Office (FO) announced on Wednesday.
FO spokesperson Dr. Tahir Andrabi said the pact represents another key milestone in the longstanding defence partnership between the two brotherly nations, which has its roots in the early 1980s.
