Pinterest, Inc. (PINS) announced Monday that Chief Financial Officer Julia Brau Donnelly will step down from her role effective October 26.
James Dibbo, former CFO of Global Entertainment, Advertising and Corporate Development at Amazon, will succeed her as Pinterest’s finance chief on the same date.
Before Amazon, Dibbo served as CFO of P.F. Chang’s and held senior finance leadership roles at Tesco and BT Group.
On Monday, Pinterest shares closed at $20.06, up 4.15% on the New York Stock Exchange.
