Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez told lawmakers there is no concrete evidence that Morocco’s government orchestrated the Ceuta migrant crisis. The remarks follow a day of mass protests across the country, where tens of thousands gathered to criticize his handling of the influx. Sánchez described Ceuta as both a humanitarian and administrative challenge, while rejecting a police report that suggested Morocco was responsible.
