The 77-year-old wrestling icon confirmed in a recent post that his romantic relationship with Barlow has concluded. He emphasized the amicable nature of their separation in 2024, noting Barlow has relocated to Tampa to care for her elderly parents while maintaining her independent lifestyle.

A certainty remains: Wendy will be there for me if needed – a support she demonstrated during my 2017 health crisis when she cared for me continuously in the hospital. Our families also supported me during that period. Focus your attention elsewhere, Wendy and I are fine.
The couple initially connected through their professional collaboration in WCW, where Barlow portrayed a character named Fifi before their personal relationship began in 2016.
