Russia’s FSB has charged Telegram founder Pavel Durov with aiding terrorism, adding him to an international wanted list.
Telegram’s administration has not removed «numerous channels, chats, and bots» actively used by Russian intelligence and extremist groups to organize sabotage, terrorism, and cybercrime, per FSB statements.
