HO CHI MINH CITY/SEOUL — Samsung Electro-Mechanics is investing nearly $5 billion by 2028 in semiconductor substrates across South Korea and Vietnam, deepening the Southeast Asian country’s role in producing key components for artificial intelligence servers and high-performance computing.
