September 21, 2026 (MLN): The book building segment of the Initial Public Offering (IPO) for SE Fruits & Vegetable Limited was fully subscribed within approximately two hours, as reported by Topline Securities Limited on X.
Although the issue has reached full subscription, the book building process will continue as scheduled until September 22, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
SE Fruits & Vegetable Limited, a Sargodha-based exporter established in 1998, exports kinnow, mangoes, and potatoes to markets across the Middle East, Far East, South Asia, and Central Asia.
The IPO is Shariah-compliant and represents the debut listing of a fresh fruit and vegetable exporter on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
The company has set a floor price of Rs40 per share and a cap price of Rs64 per share, with 22.5 million shares available in the book-building portion.
The public subscription window is scheduled for September 28–29, 2026.
Topline Securities Limited and Growth Securities (Private) Limited are serving as Joint Consultants to the Issue.
