Three Democratic senators are pressing the Trump administration for transparency regarding billions of dollars in Venezuelan oil revenue believed to be held in a U.S. government-controlled account.

In a letter obtained by The Washington Post, Sens. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.), Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), and Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) requested details from Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and Secretary of State Marco Rubio on the status and use of these funds, which are being disbursed from a Treasury-controlled account.
