Mazrael, a prominent figure in the Shiba Inu (SHIB) community, has deployed verified Safe contracts on the Shibarium explorer Shibariumscan. Simultaneously, a pull request titled “safe-deployments PR#1666” has been submitted to record these deployments.
Safe is not a new entrant; it is an established smart‑contract and multi‑signature crypto‑wallet infrastructure. In essence, the platform equips Web3 projects with tools to execute multiple deployments across various assets, enabling multi‑signature approval for every transaction.
The Safe protocol follows a monthly release schedule, complemented by bi‑weekly reviews of canonical deployments. This ensures secure multi‑signature wallet functionality for Shibarium users. Full details of the nine Safe v1.4.1 smart‑contract deployments are now accessible on GitHub.
Earlier, Mazrael dismissed rumors of a Shibarium ecosystem restart, confirming that the Layer‑2 network has remained operational. He noted several enhancements that connect Shibarium to other ecosystem elements, including the forthcoming Shiba Eternity Play‑to‑Earn (P2E) version.
Shibarium TVL Still At Lows Amid Rebound
According to real‑time data from ShibariumScan, the network’s daily transaction volume peaked at $1,210. Although trading activity has stalled, long‑term usage persists. The wallet count is approaching 100 million, with about eight million additional wallets needed to reach that milestone.
The average block time remains near five seconds, indicating smooth Layer‑2 operation despite a downturn in Total Value Locked (TVL). DefiLlama reports that TVL stands at roughly $86,379, a stark contrast to the $3 million recorded in Q4 2025.

On the price front, SHIB’s market capitalization rose 4.42% in the past 24 hours amid a broader market rebound. Bitcoin (BTC) nudged past the $81,000 resistance level, while Ether (ETH) climbed toward $2,550, per CoinGecko data.
