“Saturday Night Live” star Kameron Patterson reiterated his admiration for Megan Thee Stallion during a recent interview on Shannon Sharpe’s “Club Shay Shay” podcast.
Patterson first hinted at his interest in the rapper during a “Weekend Update” segment in early May. On this week’s podcast, he confirmed that his feelings are genuine, stating, “Megan Thee Stallion, I love you. Understand that. I love you.”
The pair’s former boyfriend, Golden State Warriors guard Klay Thompson, and Megan Thee Stallion ended their year‑long relationship in April after she accused him of infidelity.
Following the breakup, Patterson jokingly asked Megan out during an SNL skit. In his conversation with Sharpe, he emphasized that his interest was sincere, even offering his support if she needed someone to talk to.
When asked what he would do to impress Megan, Patterson jokingly replied, “Flowers?” and later added, “I don’t have his money, but I’d love her.”
Patterson also mentioned that if Megan isn’t interested, he would consider dating other artists such as Ice Spice or Olivia Dean.
